This is a weekly postnatal Pilates class for mums who want a gentler strengthening session with a focus on rebuilding strength after birth.

It runs on Sundays from 11:00am to 12:00pm at MBS Wellness Centre, with more details on the Core Life by C page.

The organiser also offers 1:1 classes on request.
